All my hard work is starting to pay off!

I'm rocking this diet and exercise thing. In the past 17 days, I've lost 3.6 pounds. So according to my math, my calorie deficit is 741 and I'm losing about 1.5 pounds a week. So if I keep up this rate, I'll be back down to my lowest weight ever by the second week of June and all the way down to my goal weight by the end of July. Sweet!

Here's my food and exercise log for yesterday:

B: Oatmeal with apples and soy milk
S: Banana and a granola bar
L: Sandwich made with marinated and grilled tempeh and avocado on whole wheat bread and a pear
D: Swedish "meat" balls (made with white beans and gluten) with whole wheat pasta and steamed green beans
